Where does It is Well ship to?
We do door-to-door delivery to addresses within Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, South Korea, Vietnam, and Australia.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping for all orders over 120 SGD within Singapore.
How long will it take to ship?
Shipping will usually take 3-7 business days within. Please note that we do not process or dispatch your orders on weekends or public holidays.
How will I know when it's been shipped?
As soon as we have dispatched your order, you will get an email notification within the same day. If you did not receive the notification or your parcel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into it.
Can I track my delivery?
Unfortunately, our delivery partner is unable to support tracking at the moment. However, you will receive a message that indicates when your parcel is arriving. Should you have any problem receiving your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on orders unless your product is damaged or faulty.
How do I submit a return?
Should there be a problem with your order, please take a photo and contact us at within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period we will no longer be able to accept returns or exchanges. The item must be returned in the same condition, unused and with its original packaging.
When will I receive my exchange order?
For exchanges, the order will be processed once we have received the returned mat. From there, your exchange will take our usual 3-7 business days to arrive depending on where you’re located.
What are the available payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) using Stripe and PayLah/Paynow. All payment options can be found at checkout.
